Ingredients for 2 personnes
  • 17 mejdool dates
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 35 g gluten free oats (option)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp rock salt

Steps

  • Remove the seeds from the dates (soak in hot water for 3mins if too hard)
  • Blend together the dates, salt, matcha, vanilla, almond butter (do not add the pumpkin seeds or chia seeds)
  • Then transfer the date mixture to a bowl and add your chia seeds and pumpkin seeds ( you can also add these to your blender, just pulse instead of blend to avoid grinding them too much)
  • Finally, roll the mixture into small energy balls
  • Place a parchment paper in an airtight container and place in the freezer for ±2 hours 
  • Remove from the freezer at least 20 minutes before wanting to enjoy them
  • Lasts up to 1 month in the freezer
  • Résults in 12 small energy balls (or 6-8 medium sized)
