Ingredients for 1
  • 12 mejdool dates
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter or another nut butter - pistachio, almond, peanut butter, hazelnut
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Steps

  • Remove the seeds from the dates
  • Blend together the dates, salt and cashew butter (NOT the pumpkin seeds or chia seeds)
  • Then transfer the date mixture to a bowl and add your chia seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • Mix everything together well using a spoon
  • Finally, roll the mixture into a ball
  • Place a parchment paper in an airtight container and place in the freezer (lasts about a month max)
