Cashew and chia energy balls

cashew butter
or another nut butter - pistachio, almond, peanut butter, hazelnut

Pinch
of salt

chia seeds

pumpkin seeds

Remove the seeds from the dates
-
Blend together the dates, salt and cashew butter (NOT the pumpkin seeds or chia seeds)

Then transfer the date mixture to a bowl and add your chia seeds and pumpkin seeds

Mix everything together well using a spoon

Finally, roll the mixture into a ball

Place a parchment paper in an airtight container and place in the freezer (lasts about a month max)
